Vehicle crashes are the number one killer of children ages 2-14 in the US.
3 out of 4 car seats are installed or used incorrectly in the US.
MS Law states that children from birth to 4 must be in a correctly installed car seat.
Children from 4-7, under 65 pounds, and under 4’ 9” must be in a correctly installed booster seat.
In 2007, 6,532 vehicle occupants 14 and younger were involved in fatal crashes.
